District 7 U.S. Rep. Rob Woodall will hold a town hall meeting Saturday morning at University of North Georgia’s Cumming campus.

Set for 9 a.m., the event likely will run for about an hour. The campus is at 300 Aquatic Circle, off Pilgrim Mill Road near Ga. 400 Exit 16.

The Republican whose district includes south Forsyth and a large swath of Gwinnett County is also offering two telephone town hall meetings for those who can’t attend Saturday.

The first phone session was Tuesday night, while the second is at 7 p.m. June 20. The number to call is (877) 229-8493 and the passcode is 17849.

Woodall has made the meetings a regular activity, something he said is important to him to inform his district and encourage them to get involved.

“Knowing that everyone has a busy schedule, I want to make it as easy as possible for constituents to have their voice heard and to get the information that they need,” he said in a statement.
