NORTH FORSYTH — At least two people were injured Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash on Dawsonville Highway (Hwy. 53) near the Forsyth-Dawson County line.

Authorities said two of the injured were taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.

The collision occurred about 8 a.m. and shut down the highway in both directions.
