A Forsyth County woman was taken into custody on Saturday morning after she allegedly pointed a handgun at an individual during a domestic dispute, authorities say.
Alisha Aileen McCrimmon, 28, was arrested on Nov. 30, after deputies with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Flowers Drive in reference to an ongoing domestic dispute.
During their investigation of the domestic incident, deputies determined McCrimmon threatened a non-related person at the residence by pointing a loaded handgun at them.
Authorities say that the handgun wasn’t fired and no one was injured during the incident. McCrimmon was disarmed by her alleged victim and a third party at the residence called 911.
McCrimmon was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault with a gun.
