Authorities: suspects charged for east Forsyth burglary
Forsyth County Sheriff's Office

Three individuals from Forsyth and Hall counties have been arrested and charged with residential burglary by Forsyth County authorities.

According to Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Deputy Nick Sotor, Albert John Petrangeli, 25, of Forsyth County, and James Cole Johnson, 24, and Rylie Jordan Cote, 19, of Hall County were taken into custody at about 2 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8.

Sotor said that the arrests were made after deputies responded to a burglary in progress at a residence on P W A Drive in east Forsyth.

Deputies arrived on scene at the residence and immediately saw and heard movement “in the shop” of the residence, Sotor said. During a search of the property and its immediate surroundings, Petrangeli, Johnson and Cote were located and taken into custody without incident.

The incident is still under investigation, Sotor said.

All three individuals have been charged with a felony count of burglary and were held in the Forsyth County Jail under bonds of $16,630.
