The Forsyth County Sheriffs Office is currently investigating two deaths at a home in north Forsyth.

A man and a woman were found dead early this morning inside a residence off Memphis Street in north Forsyth, according to sheriff's office spokesman Cpl. Doug Rainwater.

Rainwater said that deputies arrived at the residence at about 3:45 a.m. after a friend of the family called 911 for a welfare check at the house.

When deputies entered the residence, they immediately found a deceased man and woman, and two unharmed children inside. Rainwater said that they believe all four individuals lived at the residence, but they have not confirmed their relationships with each other.

The sheriff's office is reporting that both deaths are from an isolated incident with no danger to the public, and the scene is being investigated as a crime by the major crimes unit.
