A local fugitive arrested late last week faces 24 felony charges for deposit account fraud, forgery and financial identity theft.

A Forsyth County Sheriff’s report said John Karl Hallahan, 23, of Buford was taken into custody at his home Thursday.

Deputies captured Hallahan shortly after the sheriff's office announced it was looking for him.
