Man arrested for child molestation in Forsyth County

Authorities say that a man from Forsyth County has been taken into custody for allegedly molesting a 7-year-old victim.

Rutillio Trejo, 64, was arrested by the City of Cumming Police Department on Monday, May 13 and has been accused of molesting a local child, who is of no relation to him, according to Deputy Chief of Police Aletha Barrett.

Barrett said that Trejo was taken into custody at his residence off South Hill Street in Cumming on Monday night and has been charged with one count of felony child molestation.

Trejo has been booked into the Forsyth County Jail and is being held under a bond of $33,130, according to jail records.
