GAINESVILLE — Three men have been charged with felony murder in connection with a Monday night shooting death at a Gainesville apartment complex.

Jaquerian Harrison, 21, of Gainesville, was shot several times about 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Orchard Brook Apartments off McEver Road, according to Gainesville police.

Brandon Scott King, 27, and Cheslen Dequan Bell, 20, both of Gainesville, and Kevin Michael Turner, 28, of Gillsville, were charged Tuesday afternoon with felony murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Gainesville Police Sgt. Kevin Holbrook said Harrison was shot several times and taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, where he died.

All three suspects are being held at the Hall County Jail.
