Four people were injured, one seriously, in two separate stabbings that occurred early this week. The incidents, which are not connected, occurred about 36 hours apart in different parts of the county. The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office is handling a stabbing that occurred at a pool house early Tuesday in the Riverstone Plantation subdivision.
