Woman reported missing in south Forsyth

SOUTH FORSYTH —Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing resident.

According to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, 50-year-old Michele Ganyard was last seen at her home in southeastern Forsyth.

Her last known contact was a text to a co-worker about 9 a.m. Monday. Her phone and IPad were shut off immediately after that, according to reports.

Ganyard is believed to be driving a silver 2007 Toyota Rav4, with Georgia tag PMH1779.

She is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
