The Forsyth County school system will be closed again on Thursday and Friday due to the continued winter weather.
With the Martin Luther King Jr. national holiday on Monday, students will not return until Tuesday.
All after-school programs, athletic events and activities have also been postponed.
District spokeswoman Jennifer Caracciolo said central office 12-month employees and school principals are to report to work by 11 a.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday, conditions permitting.
These staff members should contact their immediate supervisor if they cannot report to work because of unsafe conditions, she said.
On Monday, all employees should report to work at their normal starting times.
Transportation employees will be contacted by their supervisors for specific guidance concerning their Monday work schedule, Caracciolo said.
School will not be in session on Monday for students in observance of the King holiday.
According to Caracciolo, officials are considering options for recovering the lost instructional time and employee work days.
If possible, modifications to the 2010-11 calendar will be announced no later than next week, she said.
