An event Monday at South Forsyth High School will offer parenting advice when it comes to teenage drinking and drug use.
Organized by the school's parent-teacher-student organization, the Parenting from the Inside Out event is set for 6 p.m. in the performing arts center.
It will feature Stacey DeWitt, founder of Connect with Kids, an organization designed to help parents raise “principled, purposeful kids in a complex world.”
DeWitt will talk about gateway drugs, prescription drug abuse, teenage drinking and driving and parenting in the age of alcohol.
