When students return from summer vacation at two Forsyth County schools, they will be welcomed back by new principals.The Board of Education has selected Rebecca Johnson to be principal at Shiloh Point Elementary and Polly Tennies for Chestatee Elementary. Both will begin their new duties July 1. Johnson, who is currently principal at Chestatee, will take over at Shiloh Point for Sharon Ericson, who is retiring June 30.Johnson received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Auburn University, and her Leadership Endorsement from the University of Georgia.
