NORTH FORSYTH — The Forsyth County Animal Shelter is holding its Spring Fling Adoption event, open to both people and pets, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.

Jeanie Curphey, manager of the shelter, said in a statement that the public is invited “for a day of fun and a chance to meet the wonderful animals available for adoption at the shelter.”

The event will feature a dog agility course, free food, a bounce house and raffle prizes. For those who bring pets, microchipping will be offered for $15 for the first 20 pet owners and $25 after that.

The shelter is at 4065 County Way, just off Ga. 400 in north Forsyth.
