For the second year, a south Forsyth CEO has been named among the top in the nation.

Scott Dockter, CEO of PBD Worldwide, recently earned an employee’s choice award and recognized as one of the nation’s top-rated CEOs for small business by Glassdoor.com. He was also selected in 2017.

“It is a true honor to be recognized as one of Glassdoor’s Top CEOs for 2018,” Dockter said in a news release. “Our employees are the heart of our company and the reason for our success. The fact that this recognition is a reflection of their feedback is humbling and makes it all the more meaningful. I’m grateful to work alongside an incredible staff who is motivating, inspiring and committed to providing exceptional service.”

Dockter was one of five winners from metro Atlanta. He received an approval rating of 98 percent, well above the site’s average CEO rating of 69 percent.

PBD Worldwide offers fulfillment services “for e-commerce companies, retailers, corporations, publishers, associations and faith-based organizations.”

For the awards, employees submit reviews taking into account the employee’s experience, satisfaction and workplace attributes such as senior management.

“Winning a Glassdoor Top CEO award is a true acknowledgment of exceptional leadership, as it reflects the opinions of the employees who work with a chief executive every day,” said Robert Hohman, Glassdoor co-founder and CEO, in the release. “I congratulate all of this year’s winners on this significant achievement.”
