A two-vehicle wreck Friday night in Gwinnett County claimed the life of a 50-year-old Cumming man.

According to Gwinnett County police, Joe Vaughn was heading north on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard when a southbound vehicle turned into the path of his motorcycle.

The vehicle, driven by 26 year-old Soo Wan Kim of Norcross, was attempting to turn left onto Old Peachtree Road.

Kim has been charged with second-degree vehicular homicide and failure to yield while turning left.

Alcohol is not thought to have been a factor in the collision, according to police.
