The Fairytale Dash 5K, 10K and Fun Run is a chance to support Jesse's House, a local shelter that provides a safe haven for at-risk girls ages 7-17. Awards will be presented to the top 3 overall male and female runners, along with the top 3 male and female runners in eight age groups. Awards will also be given to the top 3 runners with the best costume.

When: 8 a.m., on Saturday, Nov. 9.

Where: Chattahoochee Pointe Park, at 5790 Chattahoochee Pointe Drive in Suwanee.

Cost: $30 for 5K, $35 for 10K. $25 per participant for a team of five or more in the 5K, $30 per participant for a team of five or more in the 10K.
