The littlest of the Transformers is getting its own movie, and a promotional tour stop in Forsyth County will give residents a chance to get up close and personal with the Autobot.

Bumblebee, the small, yellow robot superhero, will be at the Walmart at 1500 Market Place Boulevard on Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 2-4 p.m. to sign autographs and take pictures with fans.

And he won’t be so small – the character will be 9 feet tall.

Bumblebee is considered the mascot of the Autobots, a team of robots from the planet Cybertron led by Optimus Prime in the popular “Transformers” franchise, but he’s also one of the more popular characters, in part for the earnestness in which he tries to prove himself.

That popularity led to an upcoming movie due out this December and a promotional tour through several states the rest of October, including across the Atlanta area.
