The 14th Annual Norman's Landing Charity Golf Classic, a benefit for the United Way, is set for May 17 at Polo Golf and Country Club.

Registration begins at 10 a.m. with a noon shotgun start to follow. An 11 a.m. putting contest will precede the tournament.

Lunch will be served at 10:30 a.m., with a dinner buffet at 5 p.m. Refreshments will be available on the course.

Prizes include a hole-in one car from Billy Howell Ford, as well as awards for low gross, low net, longest drive, closest to pin and the putting contest.

A raffle drawing and silent auction will also be held.

Corporate sponsor ($1,100), hole sponsor ($250) and individual golfer ($225) packages are available.
