Cumming Police Chief David Marsh – a 2003 graduate of Auburn University who worked with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office from 2004 until recently accepting the position as chief – was officially sworn-in to his new role by Mayor Troy Brumbalow during a special called meeting of the Cumming City Council on Monday.
