BUFORD — A Smyrna man was arrested Tuesday and charged with public indecency in connection with an incident on Three Sisters Island in Lake Lanier, according to officials.

Hall County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas Michael Darrow, 49, after investigating the matter.

According to the warrant, Darrow allegedly exposed his genitalia and masturbated in front of two 16-year-old girls as well as three adult women.

As of Thursday, Darrow was being held at the Hall County Detention Center, with bond set at $1,500.
