A Hall County woman is dead and one man injured following a head-on collision Friday morning on Hwy. 53 near Boling Bridge at the Hall County line.Annette Woodard, 66, of Flowery Branch was pronounced dead at the scene after a collision with a Cintas Service Transport truck.Woodard was traveling west on the highway in her Cadillac SRX sport utility vehicle. She crossed over the center line and struck an eastbound Carl Vest, 56 of Sugar Hill, who was driving a document shredding business’ truck.He sustained “non-life-threatening injuries,” said Forsyth County Sheriff’s Capt. Tim House.He was taken to Northside Hospital-Forsyth, where he was treated for burns and released, House said. The road, which was closed for hours, reopened a little after 2 p.m.Forsyth County Fire Capt. Jason Shivers said the commercial truck, carrying shredded documents, was completely damaged by the fire.
