GAINESVILLE - Authorities seized more than $62,000 worth of drugs at a South Hall home, including brownies and popcorn infused with THC, the component in marijuana that creates a high. Agents arrested Kyle Scott Foster, 30, of Flowery Branch, after a search Monday on Pond Mill Court. He was booked Monday in to the Hall County Jail, where he remains.
