NORTH FORSYTH — Law enforcement and emergency personnel worked a two-vehicle crash with serious injuries Friday afternoon on Ga. 400 in north Forsyth.

One southbound lane was closed for several hours at Martin Road, according to Epifanio Rodriguez, a spokesman for the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.

It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the collision or how many people were injured, but at last one person was temporarily trapped inside a vehicle, Rodriguez said.

The Georgia State Patrol and sheriff’s office were handling the wreck, which happened about 2 p.m.
