It is no secret how much I love Asian food. My favorite cuisines are Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, and Korean, and then, most other fusion Asian foods as well. As long-time readers know, I began my Asian cooking quest when Paul and I were dating—before I met him, Paul lived in Japan while serving in the Air Force for years, and introduced me to authentic Japanese food more than 30 years ago.
