Forsyth County News

On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I would like to express congratulations to Forsyth County School System social studies coordinator Ann Reid on receiving the Liberty Bell Award, presented by the Forsyth County Bar Association as part of its annual Law Day observance, recognizing Ms. Reid’s work on the first Regional High School Mock Trial Competition in Cumming.

This outstanding Law Day program, presided over by Forsyth County Superior Court Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Bagley, helps enhance public awareness of the importance of the rule of law and the judicial branch of government.

All Georgia lawyers can be inspired by the Forsyth County Bar members’ commitment and effort to recognize leaders in their community, which in turn serves to promote the cause of justice and uphold the integrity of the legal profession in our state.

S. Lester Tate III, president
