I have some questions. In a campaign speech Obama made on July 2, 2008 in Colorado Springs, he said, "We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."
My questions are: where is it, who’s in it, why do we need it and how is it being funded?? Seems he managed to leave that information out of the speech. Think about it – some civilians as strong, powerful and as well-funded as our military? Does that scare anybody besides me?
