Nothing represents a nice part of town like a forest of 6-foot-tall weeds. I watch in amazement as the median at 141 and the new Avenue shopping center continues to get more and more out of control and creates a very poor image for the area.
Why pay extra to construct medians if they are not maintained. I realize 141 is a state responsibility, but the appropriate county department should make sure the state does its job, to keep Forsyth beautiful. Most area homeowners take pristine care of their property, why can’t the government do the same? It’s embarrassing.
