Our county commissioners will be revisiting the topic of outdoor watering restrictions next week.  Last time they imposed limits on outdoor watering, they complained six months later that water department revenues were down, and so water rates would have to be increased.  Duh.

Anybody want to bet that we won’t hear the same song next spring/summer?
