Thank you to the many area citizens who participated in the motorcycle benefit ride on Saturday, Oct. 4 to raise money for the Breast Cancer 3-Day, benefiting the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
A special thanks to the city of Cumming Police Dept., Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Dawson County Sheriff’s Office, and Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office, all of which provided police escort for the over 60 motorcycles participating in the ride. If not for their cooperation and willingness to assist, we could not have safely manueuvered through their counties.
A huge thanks goes to Rooster’s Cafe in both Cumming and Dahlonega for letting us use their parking facilities and their generous donation of door prizes for the event.
