My neighbor’s pet dog was killed last spring on the owner’s property by two roaming pit bulls. Now, another person’s animal has also been slaughtered in northwest Forsyth.
While more stringent regulations have supposedly been put in place, when the same situation reoccurs in a short period of time, I think we can safely say that those measures have not been very effective.
Do we have to wait until someone’s child is killed to get serious about controlling dangerous animals within our community?
