What to know: The problem with the Raiders so far this season has been defense. Through five games, Habersham is allowing 50 points per contest, while its 24-point average on offense is rather inflated due to opponents digging into the bench in the second half of games.

Michael Babers will be the focal point of Habersham’s offensive attack. The junior tailback has been a bright spot for the Raiders all season, averaging 118 yards a game. He also has nine touchdowns (eight rushing). Lambert will counter with its tailback-by-committee system that includes Brian Wright, Harrison Pomfret and Ken Dicks. Recent success has catapulted Wright to the top of the rotation—he’s averaging 12 yards per carry.

But the Longhorns have also been creative with a successful two-quarterback system Sophomore Bobby Gabriel accounted for three second half touchdowns in the last game against North Forsyth, while junior Richie Kenney is completing almost 60 percent of his passes for 709 yards.
