Lambert left no doubt at the Forsyth County Track and Field Championships on Friday, taking the county title in both the boys and girls competition at West Forsyth High School. The Lady Longhorns edged South Forsyth, 157.5 to 144.5, while the boy's also bested the War Eagles, but by a 56-point margin (168-112). While the boy's team won the event last year, the girls had reason to celebrate, weathering South's elite distance runners to take the title.
