Soccer: Lambert girls cruise past Forsyth Central to win region title

The Lambert Lady Longhorns took care of business Friday night defeating Forsyth Central, 4-0, to clinch the 2017 Region 5-AAAAAAA championship. “It’s really gratifying to see (the players) get that reward of a No. 1 seed and a region championship,” Lambert coach Scott Luthart said.
