Harrison Halder, 11, won the Heavy 160 and Heavy World Formula championships at the 2013 Eastern Grands at the Cumming Fairgrounds on July 27.

Halder, who races for H3 Racing, participated in the Eastern Grands last week, the largest quarter midget race of the year. Halder raced in Heavy Honda, Heavy 160 and Heavy World Formula divisions. Despite the strong competition, Halder came away with two championships and broke a track record. In June, at the Western Grands, Halder won third place, sixth place and 10th place in his respective divisions.

Other teammates of the H3 racing team who also participated in the races were Hudson Halder and Holt Halder, who both qualified for the A-main events.
