What to know: Pinecrest is out of the playoff picture going into tonight. The Paladins are 26th out of 29 teams in the latest GHSA Power Ratings for Class A private schools. And Pinecrest is trying to rebound from a 42-6 loss to Prince Avenue Christian last week in which it was out-gained 483-229. But the Paladins are playing for something – the chance for their most wins in a season since joining the GHSA.

Commerce, meanwhile, is playing for playoff positioning. The Tigers are No. 9 in the latest GHSA Power Ratings for Class A public schools and have had an extra week to prepare for Pinecrest since a 48-12 win ove Hebron Christian on Oct. 25. Running back Cole Chancey rushed for 132 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries in that game, while quarterback Caleb Brooks threw two touchdowns.
