When, where: Tonight, 7:30 p.m., at Northview Stadium in Duluth.

Records, rankings: South is 0-0 and unranked; Northview is 0-0 and unranked.

Series history: South leads 4-1.

Last meeting: South won 48-19 in 2012.

What to know: South’s offense seems to be clicking, which is bad news for Northview. The War Eagles toppled Winder-Barrow 40-21 in the scrimmage and will look to keep that momentum going against Northview. The Titans gave up 40 points per game last season, which doesn’t bode well against South’s power running game.

Despite faltering on the defensive side of the ball, the Titans make up for their lack of defense as they averaged a Region 7A-AAAAA leading 37 points per game last season. However, the War Eagles’ defense should have an easier time stopping the Titans since star running back Terrance Upshaw graduated.
