Softball: South Forsyth pulls away early for region win against North Forsyth

McKenna Segal went 4-for-4 with an RBI as South Forsyth earned a 6-1 win against North Forsyth in a Region 5-7A game Monday at home.

Lauren Baccari got the win for South, allowing just one run on two walks and four hits while striking out seven in seven innings. Baccari also had a hit and drove in a run at the plate.

Kylie League went 3-for-3 with a double and RBI for the War Eagles.

Ashley Grace went 2-for-3 for North, while Mallorie Black had a double and RBI.
