Sadhguru to visit Atlanta in June

Participants learn a simple 21-minute daily practice called Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, which can bring physical and psychological benefits, including the reduction of symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as the improvement of chronic ailments such as hypertension, migraines, and asthma.  

A recent joint study by Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center found a 41% reduction in stress among participants after six weeks of practicing Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya.
