2nd Annual City of Cumming Music Festival
What: Come with friends and/or family to rock out to some tribute bands and feel like you’re in the ’80s. 37 Main will be presenting the music festival, which will feature performances by 12 tribute bands: Rumours (Fleetwood Mac), Wanted (Bon Jovi), Appetite For Destruction (Guns N’ Roses), Ultimate Aldean (Jason Aldean), Blizzard of Ozzy (Ozzy Osbourne/Black Sabbath), Nevermind (Nirvana), Bad Co. (Bad Company), Unofficial Dookie (Green Day), Jeremy’s Ten (Pearl Jam), Black Hole Sun (Chris Cornell), Boogilicious (Dance. Disco. Funk.), Klaus Band Kamp (MTV 80s Experience). Food trucks include Cousins Maine Lobster, Tacos & Tequilas, Big House BBQ, Rios Italian Ice, Frozen Cow, South of Philly and Great American Cookies. There will also be vendors and jump houses.
When: Noon to 11 p.m., Saturday, July 27.
Where: Cumming Fairgrounds, at 235 Castleberry Road in Cumming.
Cost: Children who are 12 and under are free before 4 p.m. $15.99 for adults and children 13 years and older if tickets are ordered before July 15. Between July 19 and 22, adult ticket prices increase to $19.99 per person. Tickets that are sold for adults on the day of the event are $25 per person. A VIP package ticket costs $59.99. A family package of four tickets is $55.
