Authorities say that a body has been discovered inside a vehicle on Bald Ridge Road in Forsyth County. 

On Monday afternoon, Division Chief Jason Shivers, a Forsyth County Fire Department spokesman confirmed that the body was discovered on Bald Ridge Road near Eaglecreek Trail on Monday at about 10 a.m.

Shivers stated that fire department units responded to the scene and found the individual in the vehicle deceased.

In a statement to the Forsyth County News, Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.spokesman Deputy Nick Sotor said on Monday afternoon that the death is being investigated as a possible suicide.
