First Watch, the rapidly growing daytime-only restaurant, is coming to Forsyth County.

The Florida-based restaurant chain will open its 12th location in Georgia on Monday, May 27 at 355 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 200 in a 3,400-square-foot space along with patio seating across from The Collection at Forsyth, according to Eleni Pierce, a spokeswoman with the company.

First Watch specializes in breakfast, brunch and lunch — it's open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. — with a menu that offers traditional fares like omelets, pancakes, sandwiches, salads, coffee and herbal teas, but also more unique items like quinoa “power bowls,” avocado toast and “the chickichanga” as well as a juice bar.

First Watch has grown from its first restaurant in Pacific Grove, Calif., to more than 320 locations in 32 states, Pierce said.
