CUMMING — Forsyth County Sheriff’s deputies responded to calls about gunshots during a fight at a Cumming gas station Saturday afternoon.

Witnesses told deputies a shot was heard at the Shell gas station on Market Place Boulevard about 5 p.m., according to Epifanio Rodriguez, a spokesman for the sheriff’s office. No one was injured in the incident.

The Roswell woman suspected of firing the gun reportedly left before deputies got there. The gun was taken from her before she fled.

Three other people were thought to have been involved in the incident — a 19-year-old with whom the woman had been fighting and two friends.

The teenager and one of the friends are from Roswell, Rodriguez said. The other is from Alpharetta.

Witnesses told deputies the group met at the gas station to fight, according to Rodriguez.

The suspect has not been arrested, and there is no warrant out for her arrest.
