The defending state champion Lambert High School boys lacrosse team has reached the semifinals of the state Class A-AAAA tournament.

The undefeated and top-ranked Longhorns, who defeated St. Pius X 11-2 at home on Saturday, will travel to Atlanta on Wednesday to face Westminister.

The winner will face either Decatur of Pope for the state championship.
