Kroger’s Atlanta Division will host a hiring fair to fill more than 300 open positions for the new Kroger Marketplace and Fuel Center opening in Cumming.

Positions are available for the deli and bakery departments, meat and seafood departments, health and beauty care, grocery, general merchandise, baggers, cashiers and clerks, as well as in the Fuel Center.

The one-day event, hosted Saturday, May 19, is an opportunity for interested individuals to learn more about careers available with Kroger and the positions available in the new Kroger Marketplace, which will celebrate its grand opening on June 27.

There will be tables with information about job positions, as well as raffles and giveaways for those who apply for employment. There will also be hot dogs and hamburgers, along with plenty of entertainment including a live DJ, face painting, a children’s bounce house, a watermelon eating contest and a pie-eating contest.

The event will held at 5500 Bethelview Road from 12-5 p.m.
