According Division Chief Jason Shivers of the Forsyth County Fire Department, Matt Highway in North Forsyth has been completely shut down near McBrayer Road due to a serious wreck. 

Shivers said that a tractor trailer and three other vehicles were involved in a head on collision Friday afternoon. He said that one person has been extricated from a vehicle and taken to the hospital, but more may need medical attention.

Shivers said that the highway will be shut down for some time while the wreck is investigated and cleared from the road.
