I applaud the Vickery parents for spending quality time with their children teaching the benefits of gardening, with a possible surplus for a food bank.

I am appalled that they also knowingly taught complete disregard for rules and laws, especially when it hits your wallet. Reminds me of how Robin Hood contributed to his community.
