I want to offer my congratulations to Mayor Ford Gravitt, Councilmen Quincy Holton, Lewis Ledbetter, Ralph Perry, John D. Pugh and Rupert Sexton along with the staff of the city of Cumming for the vision, perseverance and ultimate success in bringing North Georgia College & State University and Gainesville State College to Cumming/Forsyth County.
