Lady Bulldogs get strong hitting, pitching for non-region win

Forsyth Central got strong hitting and pitching in a convincing 7-1 victory over Chattahoochee in a non-region game on the road on Monday.

Marisa Hull led the Lady Bulldogs (3-4) going 3-for-4 with a double. Lexi Bump went 2-for-4 with a double, while Naomi Chance and Carrlyn Kiser each had a double.

Caroline Thomas pitched four strong innings and Kiser added three solid innings of work. The two combined to for four strikeouts and on earned run allowed.

Central plays next at home against North Springs at 5:55 p.m.
