KENNESSAW – Molly Williams had 15 points but it wasn’t enough as Lambert fell 53-41 at Harrison on Saturday in the second round of the Class AAAAAA tournament.

Ashley Johnson added 11 points for the Lady Longhorns (16-14), which won their first state playoff game in school history behind first-year coach Jaime Fisher and a young core of players.

“I am so proud of what we were able to accomplish in one season,” Fisher said. “We’ve grown a lot this season, and I am very excited for the future of our program.”
